Advantages and Disadvantages of PE Tube
Advantages:
a. Environmentally friendly. Compared with aluminum-plastic composite tubes, all-plastic composite tubes use economical and easy-to-recycle all-plastic sheets, which can reduce environmental pollution from packaging waste. Recycled all-plastic composite tubes can be produced after reprocessing can produce relatively low-grade products.
b. Diversified colors. According to the characteristics of cosmetics and different consumer needs, all-plastic composite tubes can be made into different colors, such as colorless and transparent, colored transparent, colored opaque, etc., to bring strong visual enjoyment to consumers. Especially the transparent all-plastic composite tube can clearly see the color state of the contents, giving people a strong visual impact and greatly promoting consumers' desire to buy.

Disadvantages:
The barrier property of the all-plastic composite tube mainly depends on the type and thickness of the barrier layer material. Taking EVOH as the barrier material of the all-plastic composite tube as an example, to achieve the same barrier and stiffness, its cost is about 20% to 30% higher than the aluminum composite hose. For a long period of time in the future, this will become the main factor limiting the full replacement of aluminum-plastic composite tubes by all-plastic composite tubes.
