PJ51 and upgraded PJ51A are springless airless cream jars made of virgin PP or PCR recycled PP, supplied in 30g/50g capacities. Composed of screw cap, jar, piston and sealing disc, PJ51A adds two-color soft rubber molding for customizable press part hues.
This pump-free design creates internal airless via sealing discs to protect formulas from contamination. Constructed with all-plastic recyclable parts, they support adjustable PCR material ratios to meet global eco-packaging demands for creams and balms.

PJ51A: An upgraded model based on the PJ51, the material and structure remain unchanged. It is also a single PP material and a springless vacuum airbag structure, but it innovatively adopts a soft rubber two-color injection molding process, so that the pressed part of the soft rubber can be made in different colors.

This is a revolutionary packaging that meets the current double needs for eco-friendly and novelty.

Environmental protection is reflected in 1) Material selection: the recognition of PP as an eco-friendly material and recycling technology at home and abroad have been relatively mature; 2) It can be remade according to the required percentage, responding to the global "plastic restriction order" by reducing the use of new raw materials. 3) Full plastic materials are easier to recycle than those containing metal parts.

The novelty is that pump color and spring design no longer play a decisive role in the airless system. This cream jar has only a thin disc seal  and in/out plugs to realize the internal vacuum environment, and protect the pure and pollution-free cosmetic formula.

This cosmetic jar produced by a hot runner mold. Which means that it has no nozzle material and no need for post-processing, so that the entire molding process is fully automated, saving working time and improving work efficiency. Then, the delivery time can be faster. 

Topfeelpack uses 100% PP plastic material instead of a mixture of multiple materials (like ABS, Acrylic), which makes the jar PJ51 30g 50g safer, and more importantly, it can also use PCR recycled materials!
